Clio Rally3, Clio Rally4, Clio Rally5, Clio Rally6, Clio Cup, and Clio RX were all in action last weekend for another series of successes, so check out an overview of our latest victories !

Clio Cup Series

Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps hosted round three of the 2025 Clio Cup Series season. Gabriele Torelli and David Pouget shared the spoils on the Belgian track in two fiercely contested races. The Italian also scored a double victory in Clio Cup España, as did the Frenchman in Clio Cup France. Alex Finkelstein (GPA Racing) scored two overall podium finishes as he dominated Clio Cup Mid-Europe.

European Rally Championship

Clio Rally3 earned another podium finish on the European scene at the Royal Rally of Scandinavia. Finland’s Ville Vatanen and Jarno Ottman gradually gained momentum and posted three stage wins to finish runner-up in ERC3, just 7.1s off the winners. This result sees them move up to fifth place in the championship. In contention for a top-five finish before an accident, Hubert Kowalczyk and Jarosław Hryniuk will look to bounce back in the next round on home soil at Rally Poland (13-15 June).

French Rally Championship & Clio Trophy France Terre

The Rallye Terre d’Aleria saw Clio Rally3 win in RC3 and the CFRT FFSA GT2i Trophy with Damien Mattei and Corentin Silvestre, finishing tenth overall. Clio Rally3 monopolised both podium places with Faniry Rasoamaromaka - Manon Deliot and Guillaume Tardy - Caroline Puel. Matteo Chatillon and Maxence Cornuau also racked up valuable mileage ahead of their upcoming WRC3 events despite an accident.

On the same special stages, Mika Rasoamaromaka and Mélissa Declerck overcame the course challenges to claim their second consecutive victory and increase their Clio Trophy France Terre lead. The duos of Florian Bouchonneau – Jeanne Rey and Anaël Cayla – Rémi Nolorgues completed an all-Juniors podium.

Austrian Rally Championship

Clio Rally3 put in a solid performance at the König Rallye, the fourth round of the season. Hermann Gaßner Jr and Michael Wenzel impressed, finishing just off the overall podium while winning in RC3 ahead of the car driven by his father and Natascha Vrga. The Austrian also secured his fourth consecutive victory in the Austrian Rally Cup, consolidating his lead in the general classification.

German Rally Cup

Felix Schumann and Gino Kruhs finished third overall while winning the DMSB Rally Cup, RC4 and in the Saarland Championship with Clio Rally4 on the German tarmac of the Hunsrück Junior Rally. They finished ahead of Max Schumann - Ann Felke (Clio Rally4) and Tim Wacker - Luca Kiefer (Clio Rally5) for an all-Renault podium in the DMSB Rally Cup. The top three were also 100% Clio in the Saarland, with Alexander Kazmierzak and Fabian Peter taking third place. Lastly, Josef Wecker and Hans-Peter Loth took top honours in RC3 in their Clio Rally3.

Italian Rally Championship

Already class winners at the Rally Regione Piemonte, Finland’s Jesse Kallio and Ville Pynnönen did it again at Rally Due Valli, finishing just outside the top ten overall. Meanwhile, Michael Rendina and Alice Caprile’ in their Clio Rally4, retained the lead in the Pirelli STAR Rally4 Top, while Andrea Pasetto and Andrea Signorini won the Rally5 class in their Clio Rally5. In the CRZ event, Clio Rally5 also set the pace with Michele Falezza and Giulia Tomasi. Defending Clio Trophy France Terre title holders Benjamin Boulenc and Chloé Barozzi-Gauze also excelled on the asphalt stages around Verona, claiming their maiden success in the GR Yaris Rally Cup.

Slovakian Rally Championship

Winners of the season opener in their Clio Rally3, Poland’s Artur Długosz and Mateusz Martynek secured another class podium finish and eighth overall in the Slovakia Rally Tatry. Miroslav Slamčík and Daniel Hamšík Jr led a Clio Rally5 one-two on the Popard tarmac.

Uruguayan Rally Championship

Clio Rally5 scored a double overall podium result at Rally de Tacuarembó. Alfonso López and Martín Villete excelled on the gravel, winning the RC4N and RC4 Light classes to finish just 21.3s behind the overall winners. The Clio Rally5 of Pablo Cuadrado and Mauricio Altez followed them, with six Clio Rally5s finishing in the top eight. Thanks to this latest performance, Renault crews are firmly entrenched at the sharp end of the championship after the first three rounds of the calendar.

French Rally Cup

Clio Rally3, Clio Rally4 and Clio Rally5 all triumphed at Rallye du Saint-Emilion, with Baptiste Dupas - Jean-François Dupas, Christopher Touvron - Ophélia Chaigne, and Baptiste Langlois - Yaël Lamont. Clio Rally6 also secured its second FR6 podium finish in three starts, this time with Mickaël and Nathan Paré. Elsewhere in France, Cyrille Noel and Maxime Crevecoeur scored a class victory in their Clio Rally5 at Rallye du Tréport.

Clio Rally4 and Clio Rally5 also won at Rallye des Ardennes with Vincent Forès - Charline Bosse and Jérôme Janny - Helena Pecheur. They weren’t the only familiar faces from the Clio Trophy France Asphalte to impress with Clio Rally5 : Julien Deslauriers-Sablonnière and Amandine Brunel mixed it up in the Rally2 field to finish fifth overall at Rallye de la Coutellerie, Tom and Frédéric Vauclare won their class at Rallye du Nougat de Montélimar Drôme Provençale, as did Batiste Moisset and Rémi Mejane at Rallye de Saint-Geniez-d’Olt and Calvin Lucas and Julie Plat at Rallye du Lochois.

French Junior Rallycross Championship

Clio RX saw a new FFSA French Junior Rallycross Championship winner at Faleyras. After coming close several times, Gautier Sarhy clinched his debut victory in front of his home crowd thanks to a perfect weekend despite attacks from his rivals, led by Dylan Léger and Kelig Gouesbet. Gautier Sarhy now sits between his two rivals in the general classification ahead of the next round in Châteauroux (21-22 June).

In Italy, Clio Rally3 and Clio Rally5 took the honours with Ludwig Zigliani and Sara Montavoci (Rally3), Michele Barri and Mirko Franzi (Rally5) and Susy Muzio and Gaia Scherini (Women’s) at Rally Coppa Camuna. The transalpine roads were also kind to both models at Rally Il Grappolo with Roberto Benazzo - Giampaolo Francalanci and Matteo Solis - Christian Trivellato, as well as to the Clio Rally5 competitors Ivan Casella and Cristian Todaro at Rally dei Nebrodi. Other notable victories were delivered by László Martin and Kevin László at the Bakonya Rally (Hungary), Matteo Saidero and Simone Crosilla at the Rally in Circuit (Slovenia), and the P2-4 podium finish of João Pedro Sousa and Tiago Silva at Rali Famalicão (Portugal).
