From the Portuguese special stages to the roads of Romania, via Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, and the Netherlands, the Clio Rally range strikes again as summer begins !
Challenge Clio Rally5 Portugal
With three different winners from three rounds, the Clio Rally5 Portugal Challenge is among the most competitive rallying series around. Tiago and Fernando Pereira edged out Luís Caetano and David Monteiro by just 3.0s at Rali de Castelo Branco e Vila Velha de Ródão. The latter pair still lead the general classification, six points ahead of Miguel Carvalho and António Reistrois, who finished third last weekend. The next round takes place at Rallye Casinos do Algarve (2–3 October).
Dutch Rally Championship
The range continued its success at the ACON-Van der Spek Vechtdal Rally. On round four of the season, Clio Rally3 dominated its class with a 1-2-3 finish in RC3, led by Willem Wouter Overbeek and Renaldo Lier. Clio Rally4 won the RC4 class with Timo van der Marel and Erwin Berkhof, whilst Clio Rally5 sealed a triple victory for Renault with Ziad Geris and Max Dijkmans in RC5.
Italian Gravel Rally Championship
Clio Rally5 continued its fine run of form in Italy with another victory at the San Marino Rally. The crew of Manuele Stella and Sara Refondini dominated their class, setting the fastest times on all eight timed sectors. Unbeaten in the first four rounds of the national calendar, the pair have taken their first step towards the Rally5 national title.
Romanian Rally Championship
Clio Rally5 took two more victories on the Romanian national stage at Raliul Clujului Star Lubricants. Ciprian Lupu and Andrei Aițculesei came out on top in round four of 2026, winning the RO5 class whilst also finishing on the podium in the front-wheel-drive category. Victorious in the Newcomers class, Dragoș Munteanu and Cristian Sugár also took top honours in the Clio Rally5 trophy.
French Rally Cup
In France, Clio Rally3, Clio Rally4, and Clio Rally5 were victorious with Nabil Amiar - Élodie Charvet, Nicolas Lods - Alex Richard, and Félicien Merret-Bussat - Bruno Duperrier at Rallye des Bornes. Clio Rally5 also claimed victory with Néo Rivallant and Emma Alemany at Rallye Suisse Normande.
On the regional front, the range excelled at Rallye du Brionnais with Thierry Cassard - Mathéo Terret (Rally3), Laurent Thomasset – Silvia Thomasset (Rally5), and Bastien Verjat – Guerric Dugelet (FR6), as well as at Rallye d’Eccica Suaredda with Thomas Pittilloni – Clément Veyssiere (Rally3) and Anthony Dominici – Christophe Andreani (Rally5). Lastly, Clio Rally5 and Clio Rally6 secured a double victory at Rallye du Sidobre with Damien Vaissière - Sébastien Romero and Thibault Blanc - Clément Blanc.
And elsewhere
Clio Rally3 claimed another victory in Italy with Leonardo Scalco and Mattia Toffano at the San Martino di Castrozza e Primiero Rally, where Clio Rally5 also triumphed with the tandem of Andrea Zanon and Giuseppe Cogo. Clio Rally3 set the pace with Luca Gualdi and Sabrina Gotti, as did the Clio Rally5 with Roman Facchetti and Luca Tonni. at Rally del Sebino.
Elsewhere in Europe, Gert Marboe Jensen and Silas Marboe Bigom were victorious aboard their Clio Rally5 at round three of the Dansk Rally Sprint Cup Øst (Denmark). Success also came for Toni Geilke and Sirko Schuster at the ADMV Osterburgrallye Weida (Germany).
