From Finland to Ireland and France, Clio Rally3 shone on all terrains this weekend in various national championships.
Finnish Rally Championship
Already victorious in the opening round, Clio Rally3 struck again at the Arctic Lapland Rally. Second in their class two weeks ago at SM Ralli Mikkeli, Japan’s Kanta Yanaguida and Finland’s Ville Mannisenmäki got their revenge on the snow to lead a sweep of the top four in RC3. The duos Pekka Keski-Korsu - Hannu Lamminen and Jarkko Nikara - Tomiya Markawa joined them on the podium. With the win, Kanta Yanaguida and Ville Mannisenmäki now lead the SM2 championship.
Irish Tarmac Championship
Clio Rally3 finished on the podium in the Irish Tarmac Rally Championship season-opener, the Galway International Rally. In their first outing together with the model, Adrian Quinn Jr and Des Sherlock progressively got the measure of their car and stepped up their pace. The duo climbed up the leaderboard over the course of the 15 special stages to claim their maiden podium finish on the national scene.
French Rally Cup
Clio Rally3 rounded off another prolific weekend with fourth place overall in the Rallye des Routes du Nord. Théau Poiriez and Margot Delnieppe won their class by almost two minutes. Clio Rally5 also celebrated victory in Merville with a lockout of the top six led by Mickaël Roussel and Maeva Gouillart, who won their intense duel with Romain Pavy and Thibault Darque. Meanwhile, Clio Frédéric and Valérie Misiek finished just off the RC4 podium in their Clio Rally4.
